SSD18: Leveraging Google Apps for Productivity

An overview of features in Google Apps to make your day more productive. Focus on appointments in Calendar, using Google Forms to replace paper ones, sharing files in Google Drive and utilizing Team Drive.

An overview of additional functionality in Google Apps. Exploring the new views in Calendars,sharing Calendars, how to create Events in Calendar to allow people to select preset appointment time slots. Using Google Forms to collect data and replace paper forms,using Team Drive to manage projects, share files and work with people outside of ACC. If you attend this workshop, you can get those questions about Google Apps answered and leverage it to help you be more productive.

Toru Bennette and Jose Gonzalez are Google Apps administrators for ACC. We both have backgrounds in technology,business processes, and training. Toru comes from the digital printing industry, business services and training. He is receiving his M.Ed in Instructional Technology from Texas State in the Fall.
