PiYo W/F 1:15 -2:15. This class is taught at the Elgin campus.
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. It provides muscle definition and intense calorie burn without the use of weights or jumping. PiYo is an energized workout that won't hurt your joints with plenty of modifications for first timers and room to grow within the workout regime. This class is taught by Jenny Mood.

All courses offered through the Wellness Program require employees to sign a participation form agreeing to attend 70% of the scheduled class meetings or pay a $50 penalty.
