WELL Cardio Camp RVS M/W 5:30 pm

Beginning Cardio Camp M/W 5:30 pm held at Riverside. Beginning Cardio Camp is a mix of cardio, calisthenic and strength exercises for a variety of fitness levels. Effective for weight management, increasing fitness and improving strength. All courses offered through the Wellness Program require employees to sign a participation form agreeing to attend 70% of the scheduled class meetings or pay a $50 penalty.
