Recognize the patterns of classroom dynamics and learn a variety of ways to build a vital, engaging class culture. This workshop will include practicing tone, engagement/communication techniques, "classroom as an individual" idea, and how to keep participation going in this digital age.

Alan, who is originally from Cheshire England, brings 17+ years’ experience in leading, training and inspiring company teams to work effectively together. As a consultant, speaker and author, Alan has educated others on how to rekindle the passion and rediscover their “WHY” for their profession. As a Company Culture Architect™, he thoroughly understands the commonly overlooked importance of developing professional mindful relationships that build trust, value, respect and open communication within teams and classrooms.
Wendy Muse Greenwood has over 25 years of HR, Training, and Development consulting experience. She is a published Writer, Public Speaker, Intellectual Property Law Adviser and business owner. She provides inspirational lectures to artists, students and organizations. Her background is in educational curriculum design, law, journalism and teaching. She has earned a BA honors in Creative and Professional Writing and has her LL.M/MA in Intellectual Property Law.
