This session is best suited for small businesses or nonprofits that are managing a business page on Facebook. (different from a personal profile) In this class, participants will learn some of the key strategies and best practices for finding new business, referrals and repeat business using Facebook. We will discuss use of images and video on Facebook, what kind of content to use for higher social visibility and how to offer special downloads and other content to grow your fan base and subscriber lists. We will also cover Facebook Insights reporting and how to manage, automate and monitor Facebook activities using free tools that help with scheduling posts and tracking response. This workshop is presented by Blake Welch.
