Documenting student guidance in clear, effective written form is key in helping students reach their goals. Why are academic guidance notes important? What do effective notes look like? What details are needed for consistency and efficiency? Presenters: Olga Eckert, Jana McCarthy, Patricia Phea, Patsy Phillips and Tony Wright.
