In this workshop, new ACC faculty will:

* Discuss how you already use your strengths to design and promote equity 
* Examine and identify your implicit biases
* Describe the potential intersection of strengths with implicit biases, stereotyping, and microaggressions.
* Discover or find new capacities within your strengths 



 **This workshop is for new faculty that started in August 2020 or January 2021.
