An introduction to Cisco WebEx Video Conferencing Software.
A participant walks away with:
- A full knowledge base about using the Cisco WebEx Video Conferencing application.
- An introduction into Joining meetings, Scheduling meetings, and how to manage meeting features.
- Comprehensive guide on user roles within WebEx (Host, Presenter, Participant), as well as an in depth explanation on meeting settings, and scheduling system with Google Calendar integration.

Balan has worked for ACC going on 10 years. He currently manages the TLED Multimedia Team, coordinating live events for the college small and large, including General Assembly, the Board of Trustees' Meetings, Graduation, and the Boots and Bats celebration.
