SSD20: Accessibility and New Google Sites

Are you building or maintaining a Google Sites website? Are you overwhelmed at the thought of making your website digitally accessible? Then this course is perfect for you. Join me as I highlight Google Sites and ACC resources that are readily available to make your websites more digitally accessible. NOTE: This course does not address how to build a Google Sites website. It solely addresses how to make your Google Sites website digitally accessible.
A participant walks away with:- The skill, knowledge, and resources to build digitally accessible New Google Sites.
Presenter:
Corin Caridine most recently received her web development certification from General Assembly before joining ACC as the Manager, Instructional Web Projects. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Texas Christian University and M.Ed. in Urban School Psychology from Howard University. She is a Situational Leadership certified trainer with The Center for Leadership Studies. Corin has over 20 years of professional experience with time spent serving under-resourced communities as a Teacher, School Psychologist, Chief Program Officer, and so much more. She spent two years as a curriculum developer and corporate trainer for a national organization with over 4,000 employees focusing on career pathing, performance management, and leadership development. Corin enjoys working for organizations like ACC that empower under-served populations and looks forward to contributing to the success of our students.
