SSD19: Inspire for Advisor: Caseload Management Technology Overview

At ACC, IFA serves as a case management tool that integrates predictive analytics to inform student persistence prediction scores. We use this tool to document outreach efforts and to more strategically serve our students across the college. Utilizing IFA also helps staff and faculty prepare for meetings with students in addition to help identify trends informing interventions.
At the completion of this session, participants will be able to:
•Practice using utilize Inspire for Advisors (IFA), a tool to document outreach efforts and to more strategically serve our students across the college.
•Analyze persistence predictions in IFA to help predict term to term persistence based on historical data
Dr. Jodi Denyszyn is employed as a manager in the Student Engagement and Data Analytics unit at Austin Community College. A two-time graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Jodi focuses her full-time work on analyzing and interpreting data to offer strategic insights to executive leadership, student affairs, faculty, and staff at the college. As a licensed professional counselor supervisor, faculty member, and a trained mediator, Jodi works across disciplines as she collaborates with students, employees, internal and external stakeholders toward a culture of student success.
