How do you know if students are at risk of dropping out? In this workshop we will present ways to identify students who are at risk of dropping out and helping them with additional resources and on-time interventions.

A participant in this workshop will walk away with an understanding of strategies to help students who are at risk of dropping out.

Dr. Sathasivan has been an Adjunct Professor at ACC Biology for 21 years and an Associate Professor of Instruction in UT Austin for over 26 years. He has won several teaching awards at UT Austin including the Board of Regents Outstanding Teaching Award. He is a strong proponent of student engagement and success in every class. He has conducted many faculty development workshops at ACC and UT Austin.
