SDD19: How to Use Cooperative Learning Methods
Hours: 1.33
In this workshop, we will cover two aspects of collaborative learning methods I have recently incorporated in my classroom: a class-wide revision manual and collaborative annotation. The workshop will include a description of each project, special considerations, assessment methods, and application. Participants will have the opportunity to devise their own collaborative classroom project by identifying a learning objective, class-wide problem, and potential solution.
A participant in this workshop will walk away with two of my projects to use in their own classroom and a plan for future projects of their own.
