Advisors will learn the following competencies: 1. How to differentiate an assigned student list from FTACC caseload list 2. How to email an individual student. 3. How to email their entire FTACC caseload 4. How to document an appointment in Advise 5. How to close an Alert 6. How to email a student with an alert. This will be a WebEx training.
