Workshop & Event Registration v2.0

This is a TWO day training Wed Aug 15th and Fri Aug 17th. Registrants must attend both days
This training is built upon two foundations:
• Conflict is normal in human relationships, and
• Conflict is an engine of change.

We will learn and practice skills to foster healthy relationships and communities,
including:
• Understanding the roots of conflict,
• Identifying conflict styles,
• Understanding the role of emotions in cycle of conflict
• Facilitating collaborative group decisions,
• Developing consensus, and
• Keeping conflict from escalating.

Registrants must attend both days.
