Before joining ACC 2014, Dr. Rachel Barrera served as the first Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas at UT Austin focusing on the design and management of massive open online courses (MOOCs). She has extensive experience in designing and providing training on a variety of pedagogically focused topics. Currently, she is an instructional designer for Instructional Development and the Instructional Development Facebook page administrator.
