This learning experience is designed to build the college's and community's capacity to support systemic transformation for inclusion and equity. **Participants will be eligible to serve as campus and community dialogue facilitators during fall 2017 and spring 2018. Throughout the week, participants will learn how to support colleagues, students and community members by developing skills to facilitate dialogues about race, racism and abuses of power and strategies for individual and institutional growth, action and accountability. **Must have participated in ACC's Equity Leadership Orientation or Beyond Diversity I or Undoing Racism within the last two years. Equity & Inclusion Facilitators must be available to serve a minimum of 3 hours each month for two academic years to help co-facilitate departmental, campus, neighborhood, organization and/or community dialogues.
