We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

CAREER ADVISING TRAINING SERIES: PART 1 - The Art of Career Advising

Advisors will be introduced to the "Basic" career advising process; components of the career advising conversation; career assessment (FOCUS2); and several career-exploration resources (FOCUS2, O-Net Online, and OOH Online). Specifically, Advisors will learn how to 1) determine students' career selection needs; 2) interpret career test results; 3) identify students' personal attributes related to career choice and development; 4) understand the world-of-work industry connections; 5) explore careers that are aligned with specific personalities; and 6) guide students through the career exploration process.
