SDD17: Purchase Requisitions: How to Make, Modify, and Approve Purchases at ACC

Hours: 1.25

Come and learn how to enter, modify and approve requisitions (REQ) in the Colleague system for ACC business purchases.

A participant in this workshop will gain hands-on entry and approval of Purchase Requisitions for staff and budget authorities who are responsible for entering, reviewing and approving purchase requisitions and a basic knowledge of when a requisition is required for ACC purchases and to overcome document errors and other obstacles for ease of processing requisitions and monitoring the purchase expenditures against the department budgets.

Experts in the Procurement and Materials Management division will be available for questions and to assist participants in a lab environment for creation and approval of a requisition.
