Workshop & Event Registration v2.0

This session will explain the "Fish! Philosophy" and help you identify how to incorporate play and creativity into every day of your career.

Through this session, participants will explore the impact of choosing the attitude they have toward their jobs everyday and how it translates into enjoyable working environments, exceptional customer service and overall retention. Participants will also come up with an action plan to continue this conversation with their departments.

Alisha Cahue has a background in higher education with her master's degree in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University. She has a passion for developing teams and working with student leaders on a variety of topics including Strengths Quest, communication skills, ethical leadership, and global citizenship. She has been fortunate enough to create and facilitate workshops for students, faculty, and staff members at the various universities she has worked for in the past and looks forward to helping further develop the ACC community.
Janelle Green has a background in higher education and fitness and nutrition coaching with her MBA from Loyola University Maryland. She has a passion for drawing out potential in individuals and teams and supporting others in overcoming barriers that prevent them from experiencing the best versions of themselves. She has extensive experience in leadership and team-building facilitation and training programs and has had the opportunity to create and implement several leadership development programs from the ground up at the various colleges she has worked for. Janelle is excited to be part of the ACC community and looks forward to contributing to the growth of ACC!
