Effective communication is a crucial element in the workplace. Understanding how your personal communication styles work for and against you will improve your ability to have meaningful interactions with others.

During this workshop, participants will gain tools that will help them create effective and impactful communication interactions with their co-workers and customers alike.

Nicole K. Bell is the Professional Development Staff Coordinator for Human Resources in the Staff Professional Development and Evaluations Office at Austin Community College.

She facilitates and presents highly engaging, interactive trainings on various topics such as, effective communication, active listening, team building, customer service and professionalism for ACC's hard working and much deserving staff!
