Workshop & Event Registration v2.0

This workshop is more than just a procurement procedure refresher session. Learn about the procurement procedure updates for ACC purchases, receiving and contracting for goods and services needed for the College operations. We will provide the updated procurement procedures for those staff involved in using or approving for small and large good and service purchases needed to benefit the students and the College. Learn how to use existing contracts or how to establish new contracts with support from the Procurement and Materials Management unit.

A participant in this workshop will walk away with basic knowledge of up-to-date procurement procedures for acceptable purchasing, receiving and contracting for goods and services needed for the college operations.

Rosemary Ledesma is ACC's Purchasing Manager. She has over 20 years of public purchasing and contracting experience. A Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) through the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council.
