GA16: How, When, and Where to use R25 at the Highland Campus

Confused by the separate set-ups for reserving space at HLC? If you would like some help with "R25 Basics" and how to use R25 for reserving space in the ACCelerator, then you need this workshop! Find out how, when, and where to go online to reserve space at HLC. Get hands-on training on the use of the R25 Webviewer and Room Request form.
Participants will walk away with the ability to navigate the ACC website and find the links to R25 and the ACCelerator request form. You will also have a better understanding of how to enter information in the R25 request form and how to navigate the R25 Webviewer to make searching for a room less complicated.
Marie Fofi joined the Austin Community College District in August 2005 and is currently serving as College Support Services Specialist for ACC Centers and Highland Campus. She is experienced in a diverse array of computer applications and software systems including Ellucian’s Colleague, Entrinsik’s Informer, and the R25 Next Generation Academic and Event Scheduling application. Marie has been working with the R25 application since the initial phase of implementation and served as the BETA tester for the first launch of the application at the Highland Business Center.
Prior to her ACC career, Marie served as the Information Technology Quality Assurance and Training Specialist at the Venetian Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was responsible for developing departmental databases, providing training for the casino and hotel system applications, and creating training documentation for custom software and reports. Marie also trained and programmed in the IBM AS400 Report Processing System and Control Language, in addition to being the liaison between the users and the programming staff for mediating all programming requests.
Marie Fofi has earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Technology at Austin Community College and is currently working toward a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at Texas State University.
Marie is a veteran of the United States Air Force and is the proud parent of two outstanding adult children, a daughter who is currently serving in the United States Navy as a Family Medicine doctor, Dr. Stephanie Fofi, and a son who is a Software Engineer for a local company, Mr. Nicholas Fofi. |
