Workshop & Event Registration v2.0

This luncheon starts our exciting Transfer Week 2016 (February 15-19). Network with your peers and learn about current transfer research that includes ACC students from our featured speaker, Ms. Andrea Ogilvie. Ms. Andrea Ogilvie’s presentation, “Understanding the Current State of Vertical Transfer Pathways to Engineering,” will provide an overview of her National Science Foundation research that focuses on Texas transfer students and explores the framework of transfer student capital. Her work has broad crossover value to all STEM fields and for all underrepresented minorities and women, and it sheds light on specific policies and practices that impact transfer.
