SDD16: Writing Effective Strategic Planning Objectives

Hours: 1.5

Objective: Upon completion of this session the attendee will be able to write a clear, concise, and measurable strategic planning objective.

There is often much confusion between goals and objectives. Whereas as a goal is a description of a destination, an objective is a measure of the progress that is needed to get to the destination. Upon completion of this session the attendee will be able to write a clear, concise, and measurable strategic planning objective.
