ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021. Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

Objective: To delve into elements of happiness and simplicity and the issues surrounding our perfect work-life balance.
Join us in our discussion about happiness and simplicity and how we can maintain that in moments of crisis. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with a creative reminder of helpful tools to sustain you through the semester.
Nicole K. Bell is a communications and leadership trainer in Human Resources department for Austin Community College. She has worked with the college over 10 years and facilitated and presented several training topics such as effective communication, conflict communication, professionalism, active listening, personal leadership and customer service. She is also a trained mediator.
Cameron Keel is a team and conflict management trainer in Human Resources department for Austin Community College. He is the current Staff Evaluations Coordinator, been with the College for 3 years, and brings elements of various student services positions together during his training.
Vanessa Medina-Flores is a technology/media trainer in Human Resources for Austin Community College and our current professional development technology specialist. Vanessa has been with ACC for over 5 years and brings a wealth of educational and student expertise from her previous teaching and student services positions.
