We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

SS: Registrar 101: FERPA Training Workshop

All higher education professionals who have access to student records should equip themselves with FERPA training. This workshop will address many of the ”who,” “what” and “how” questions that relate to federal compliance regulations governed by the Family Policy Compliance Office, U. S. Department of Education, Washington, DC. Topics of discussion will include FERPA & GLBA working together,rights of students, parental/legal guardian rights, institutional responsibilities, disclosure, violations and penalties, and “Best Practices” in protecting the privacy of education records.
