Learn critical tips to help you get well, stay well, feel your best and move toward optimal health. The talk will include information about general health and wellness,fatigue, digestive concerns, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, auto-immune disorders, brain fog, food sensitivities, ADD, ADHD and much more. Come learn how you can resolved or prevent disease.

Heather Hanson is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, a Certified Nutrition Professional, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Lifestyle Educator and is Certified in Fitness Nutrition. She offers personalized nutrition plans, education and counseling based on the specific needs of the individual. She recognizes that every person has a unique history which is often reflected in the sickness or health of the body. She seeks to empower you to live a healthier and more vibrant life through proper nutrition. Her goal is to provide you with an environment where areas of need can be well supported and where you will have the opportunity to experience your best potential for optimal health.

As your nutritionist, Heather will explore your bodys nutritional deficiencies and address those weaknesses through diet, supplementation, stress management, exercise and other lifestyle changes including removing environmental toxicity. She believes in eating real, traditional, nourishing and whole foods to support optimal health.
