SDD15: lynda.com -- FOR SUPERVISORS -- How to Issue Professional Development Credit

Hours: 1.5

This workshop is intended for users (supervisors/administrative assistants) and those who are interested in becoming a department/group sub administrator. This is intended to go over identifying best practices when issuing and tracking professional development credit, how to issue professional development credit, what can count towards credit, various report features, and any other questions regarding the lynda.com sub administrator account access.

Vanessa Medina-Flores is the Technology Specialist for Staff Professional Development and Evaluations Office in Human Resources at Highland Business Center. Vanessa can be found helping users with the professional development database, lynda.com user registration, compliance training and web development. Away from work, Vanessa can be found researching and developing her interdisciplinary-Graduate curriculum in Technology Training, studying Vinyasa Flow yoga, studying the Jedi way, sustainable design-gardening, and reading! She spends her time in this universe with her amazing husband, enlightened 19 month old son and their two sweet dogs.
