Workshop & Event Registration v2.0

The session will examine the relationship of the micro and macroeconomics courses to the business programs. The emphasis will be on showing how economics helps to clarify, deepen and reinforce the concepts and principles found in such business disciplines as accounting, marketing, finance, and human resource management.

Michael Petrowsky is a Professor of Economics and has been with ACC for seven years. He holds an MA in Economics, an MBA in Finance, an MPA in Public Administration, and a MEd in Education. He has previously worked for several agencies of the Federal government as well as for several consulting organizations in New York City. While at ACC, he has received several grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities and from the National Science Foundation.
