Assessing Leadership Skills For Hiring People For Supervisors

It is crucial to hire the right employee for a leadership role. This workshop will highlight several different approaches that you can use to assess the leadership abilities of an employee or hiring candidate.

These workshops are offered by EAP and are presented with a supervisor’s point of view in mind. The workshops are geared toward Department Chairs, supervisors and those wanting to become supervisors.
