We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

Solving Interpersonal Conflict on the Job

Interpersonal conflict on the job can lead to unwanted stress and negative situations. This workshop covers the costs of workplace conflict, learn why conflict is inevitable, understand the role of the supervisor in resolving conflict, and learn how to empower employees to solve their own conflicts.

These workshops are offered by EAP and are presented with a supervisor’s point of view in mind. The workshops are geared toward Department Chairs, supervisors and those wanting to become supervisors.
