Conflict Intervention For Supervisors

Hours: 1.5

Be successful at conflict intervention by learning how to move toward a positive solution for everyone involved. This workshop will examine the climate of a conflict, methods how you can set a stage for a positive outcome and some techniques to help you come to a resolution.

These workshops are offered by EAP and are presented with a supervisor’s point of view in mind. The workshops are geared toward Department Chairs, supervisors and those wanting to become supervisors.
