Dealing with difficult behaviors takes time and skill. In this workshop you will develop coping techniques that you can use when faced with dealing with difficult behaviors.

These workshops are offered by EAP and are presented with a supervisor’s point of view in mind. The workshops are geared toward Department Chairs, supervisors and those wanting to become supervisors.
