Dealing with Difficult People and Complaints For Supervisors

If you wonder why people complain, come to this workshop and learn why people are difficult. You will also be introduced to how to diffuse a difficult person and how to deal with common complaints you might experience.

These workshops are offered by EAP and are presented with a supervisor’s point of view in mind. The workshops are geared toward Department Chairs, supervisors and those wanting to become supervisors.
