Effective leadership involves mastering various skills, all of which can be learned and mastered. In this workshop you will look at the 10 key components of effective leadership.

These workshops are offered by EAP and are presented with a supervisor’s point of view in mind. The workshops are geared toward Department Chairs, supervisors and those wanting to become supervisors.
