Powerful Leadership Techniques For Supervisors

A person is said to have a leadership role when he or she has the power and/or the ability to influence others. Come to this workshop and examine the myths about leadership, the difference between a manager and a leader, and techniques to become a powerful leader.

These workshops are offered by EAP and are presented with a supervisor’s point of view in mind. The workshops are geared toward Department Chairs, supervisors and those wanting to become supervisors.
