We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

GA14: Helping Students Succeed: Practical Tips for Retaining the Online Student

How do you help your online students succeed?

This workshop is for experienced and novice online instructors alike. Come and share your tips for improving student retention in your online course and look at what tools are available in Blackboard that support student success. One tool examined will be the Blackboard Retention Center. Faculty will examine the Retention Center’s preconfigured rules, learn how to write their own rules, and view student participation statistics. From the retention center, faculty can communicate with students and tag them for following. Faculty can follow at-risk students and follow high achieving students as well.
