GA14: Stress Reducing Office Yoga & Meditation

Tired of going home with a sore back? A headache? A bad mood? Learn how to do easy yoga in your chair and office to prevent aching in your back, legs, and shoulders. Easy breathing techniques restore energy, calm tempers, and increase concentration. Take home simple meditations for use in relaxation and focus. Namaste!

In this 45 minute workshop, we will cover easy yoga poses for the chair and office. They will loosen the neck, shoulders, back and legs. Breathing techniques and poses will be easy to remember, outlined and pictured on worksheets so participants won't need to memorize them. Meditations will be done at the end of class, and can be used at the office to increase focus, or at home to prepare for sleep.
