Surefire Ways to Manage and Resolve Conflict

Hours: 1.5

Summer Camp 2014 is a four-session workshop that focuses on the development of important aspects of successful nonprofit organizations, small businesses and other places where you spend your waking hours. Although the sessions will take place in a classroom at ACCs Highland Business Center, the mood will be more akin to summer campwithout the pool, cabins or dining hallwith lots of magic moments. This camp caters to way-above-average people who will gather at noon, sack lunch in hand, seeking to make their workplaces more authentic and successful.

Each session deals with a specific topic crucial to enhancing relationships with peers and customers, thereby improving the work environment. Peace instead of pillow fights!

Presented by Mary Gordon Spence. A favorite teacher in the CCBNOsCertificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management Program, Mary Gordon has a bunch of degrees and lots of life experiences. As a humorlosopher, she delivers information with lots of wisdom and wit.www.askmarygordon.com
