We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

SSSS: Veterans Symposium - Military Culture 101: Military Socialization and its Implication for the Classroom

Join Jeff Moe, LMSW, as he speaks from his own experience as a US Army Paratrooper, student veteran, and social worker about military culture and its implications for the academic environment. After attending this session, attendees will be able to recognize the key elements of military socialization as well as the strengths and challenges that it poses for the academic environment. Additionally, they will become aware of the diversity that is present within the military and develop tools to avoid stereotyping individual veterans. Presenter: Jeff Moe, M.A., LMSW
