We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

SDD14: Follow the Yellow Brick Road: Practical Tips for Developing and Teaching the Distance Learning Course

This presentation is for those new to teaching online or course development. This is NOT a course on how to use Blackboard, but practical tips on developing and teaching your online course in a way that supports student learning. Emphasis will be on structuring your course in a highly usable manner and aligning the course design to your course objectives and outcomes. Interwoven into this workshop will be a discussion of the tools available in Blackboard for activities and assignments that support course outcomes and objectives.

This session will be facilitated by an eight-year veteran in distance education and an experienced instructional designer at ACC.
