We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

SDD14: Textbook Ordering/Maintenance Procedures Training

Designed for any staff member who is responsible for submitting, maintaining, and/or overseeing textbook and related orders for their department. It is highly recommended that participants already have access to the Materials Ordering, Inventory, and Reports screens in UI (screens that begin with XMO).

Training will cover procedures on textbook/material inventory maintenance and ordering on the following Ellucian UI screens: XMS1, XMS2, XMB7, XMB3, XMB6, and XMCC. Course Packet Procedures and the Online Services Textbook feature will also be reviewed.
