Say good bye to long agendas, piles of handouts, and meetings that never end! Grants Development & Compliance uses a 7-step visual planning process called Compression Planning. This process can be used for pursuing grant funds or for overall planning in your department. Come attend this hands-on session where you will receive an overview of the process and participate in a planning session.
