SDD14: FERPA-Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records and applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education. This session will provide knowledge that will help employees understand their roles and responsibilities for ensuring compliance with FERPA.
