WELL FIT - X - Elgin Tue/Thurs 11:30 am

Fit - X Tue Thurs 11:30 am - 12:30 pm at the Elgin campus. (Fitness In Training-Exercises) It's a combination of different types of exercises. That will stimulate and strengthen and tone your body. By adding cardio, calisthenics, sometimes a little dance and stretches that will help with flexibility and much more! To add to the way of learning to take care of your body.... It's fitness at it's best! And it's all about adding fun to your work out too. It's exercising into a healthy life and a better looking you! This class is taught by Mary Lou Gil. Please bring water to this class. All courses offered through the Wellness Program require employees to sign a participation form agreeing to attend 70% of the scheduled class meetings or pay a $50 penalty.
