WELL Beginning Cardio Camp - RVS- M/W 5:15

Beginning Cardio Camp M/W 5:00 pm held at Riverside. This class is taught by Merrilee Shopland. Beginning Cardio Camp is a mix of cardio, calisthenic and strength exercises for a variety of fitness levels. Effective for weight management, increasing fitness and improving strength. We encourage you to bring hand weights -- 5lb, 8lb or 10lb. All courses offered through the Wellness Program require employees to sign a participation form agreeing to attend 70% of the scheduled class meetings or pay a $50 penalty.
