Tai Chi Tu/Friday 12:00 - 1:00 pm. This class is taught by Yayoi Nirita. Tai Chi an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Wonderful class for stress management. All courses offered through the Wellness Program require employees to sign a participation form agreeing to attend 70% of the scheduled class meetings or pay a $50 penalty.
