We are aware that all employees' Cybersecurity Awareness Training will expire 08/31/2021.

ALL mandatory training for new and current employees is suspended starting Monday, August 9, 2021 through November 1, 2021.
Employees will be able to resume training on Workday to fulfill compliance requirements after November 1, 2021.

More information will be sent to all staff and faculty soon.

QEP: Teaching Innovations Symposium Keynote: Strategies for Improving Study Skills in Math Courses

This workshop will focus on how to integrate math study skills into math classes. Instructors will learn the variables that contribute to math academic success, research based Web and classroom successful curriculum models and exact strategies that have been taught in the math classroom. Instructors will leave with practical study skills techniques in motivation, note-taking, reading text books, completing online homework, test anxiety reduction and test-taking. A discussion will follow on how best to integrate math study skills into the classroom.
