Customer Service in a Servant- Leader Culture

Customer Service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate good will among its internal and external customers. This workshop will provide a refresher on the basics skills needed to provide good customer service and helpful strategies on how to deal with difficult customers. all while stressing the importance of keeping a Servant- Leader's mindset.
