Join IRT and Library Services as we cohost the nationally acclaimed webinar "Integrating Information Literacy into First Year ..." in which we will hear about how best to embed information literacy into the first-year student experience and how institutions are using these practices successfully, followed by a discussion of how ACC can apply these practices to our own students' experience. In this webcast, we will learn how other institutions: Utilize librarians in curriculum planning Create research-based learning outcomes that address information literacy Develop authentic and engaging research experiences and assignments for first-year students Following the webinar, we will have a overview of the IL Redesign at ACC, and ask attendees to brainstorm with us how we can apply what we learn in the webinar to our environment, our community, our student body.
